Order and delivery help
If your order is delayed, first check the tracking link in your shipping email or our Track Order page. Couriers sometimes take an extra day or two during festivals, heavy rain or in remote pin codes. If the status has not changed for more than three days, contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Returns and exchanges
To request a return or a size exchange, message us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and the reason. Keep the product unused with tags attached. We will confirm the next steps and arrange the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
