iStyle Fashion ships across India. This shipping policy explains how and when your order will reach you.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a small shipping charge is added and shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, festivals or courier delays.
Order tracking
When your order ships we will email you the tracking details. You can also check the status on our Track Order page.
Address and delivery attempts
Please enter a complete address with landmark, pin code and a reachable phone number. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or the recipient is unavailable after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or tampered parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered, please do not accept it, or record a short unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help quickly.
